1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! Send us a message with your special day/event location today.

2. Do you help with locations?

We have a long list of different locations to help make your memories come alive.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that life happens and schedules sometimes change. If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours notice whenever possible. One complimentary reschedule may be allowed depending on availability. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new retainer or additional fee.

In the event of inclement weather for outdoor sessions, Mend Photography will work with you to select a new date that works for both parties.

Cancellations

If a session is canceled by the client, the retainer is non-refundable as it secures your reserved time and date.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

We do have a list of some fantastic videographers, just let us know you are interested in videography and we will contact you with a vendor.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes! We definitely love to have our client's input for their sessions. Feel free to mention any details or poses for your photoshoot when booking.

7. Can we meet before the session?

We love to meet new people and learn their stories. We can meet in person or via Zoom.
